Unable to deliver package. Do not know how to solve problem

I sent a package out on 1/10 with an expected delivery date of 1/16. As of 1/23 the package was never delivered. I spoke with a supervisor two days straight in trying to find out where the package was. I am very disappointed with their service. The supervisor seems ignorant. This is urgent matter to me and all he could do was send an email to another plant and there's a great possibility that the email may not be opened. A supervisor doesn't know how to escalate a problem to find resolution!!! If this were a private sector he will be fired for sure. Worst service ever. Unreliable. Do not use them. Use ups or fed-ex instead.
