Ordered flowers to be delivered ALIVE and in arrangement in vase and instead received dead flowers with vase included fed ex - flowers were dead - not placed in water or vase - despite shipping time in a hot truck. Product, flowers, were sent and delivered overnight in a box without water and not an arrangement in a vase. A total misrepresentation - product ordered and PAID in full was not completed.
