UPS Polluting Air with substandard diesel fuels/engines in Oregon

Why does UPS use such polluting diesel fuel/engines in Oregon? Every time a diesel truck delivers in my area the air is polluted and unbreathable/unhealthy for several minutes after they leave. I have to close all the doors/windows to prevent the fumes from invading my living space. Clean-up your act UPS, stop using substandard fuels and/or switch to less polluting engines.
