Bloomex.ca horrible service - Bloomex flowers

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY~ This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have dealt with other flower delivery companies and have been happy. Bloomex not only didn't deliver on the day they said - but they were closed for two days so there was no way to find out the status of the order. When trying to track it thru the delivery company - there was no record of it.

Three days late, my fruit basket is obviously no longer fresh - or wanted and I get a response back that due to bad weather I am not entitled to a refund or cancellation. Really? In this day and age and that is the customer service I receive? NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Check out cbc report on them.
