Stay far away from Bloomex - Ordered snapdragons and received carnations

Bloomex was the worst choice I could have made. I ordered snapdragons and my mother was sent a tacky carnation mix. Carnations. Really??? I have tried repeatedly to get them to either resend the correct item, let me pick out a new arrangement at similar price if they are unable to fulfill the snapdragon order, or refund my money.
They have been unhelpful and disappointing. They only reiterate their substitution policy that for mixed arrangements they can substitute a product of greater value. They also say that when you order a single type of flower (aka all snapdragons) they would only ever substitute color, not type.
Well they failed in both counts. I can only reiterate so many times that its obvious to everyone that carnations are of lesser value than snapdragons.

Honestly, bloomex gets the item wrong 75 % of the time anyway. Now that they are rude and refuse to make it right as well - I'm done.
