Order Not Delivered After Two Weeks and Calls Ignored

I see Bloomex received more unhappy reviews. I should have checked this before I placed my order.

I placed an order and they replied to me after a two week period, saying that they could not deliver it, and when I called back they replied that I was too late. They do not respond to any calls we make. They only try to blame us and not take the complaint. Also, the worst customer service: they just hung up on me when I inquired about my order. The worst experience. I would not recommend Bloomex to anyone.
