Waited a Whole Month for Package From NY to NJ

FedEx Ground is truly horrible. I have been waiting for a package for a whole month from NY to NJ! The first time, they sent it back to the shipper. The second time, they said I was not there, but they left no notice.

Calling customer service is a waste of time because all they do is read what the tracking number says. Do not expect them to call you back with an update or to fix a problem. This is poor service from what used to be a top-rate carrier. Only UPS from now on.
