Sell Bogus Warranty contract for Scion TC when they have no tools on site to fix anything

I bought a 2007 Scion TC from Future Ford Melissa Spark, and after financing was arranged was taken to Jay a financial manager at Future Ford. I was told by Melissa Sparks, that Jay was a "good guy" so my guard was down. He convinced me to purchase their 3 year, 30K mile warranty plan which he increased to 100K miles. This was 9 Dec. On 11 Dec a check engine light came on and I reported that situation to the person who answered the phone for the service department. I then traveled the 40 miles to Future Ford Service to arrive before 8:00 am on Saturday 15 Dec.

I was told by the service manager that they have no tools to service this vehicle, and that I would have to take the vehicle to their fleet facility near by, which is only open mon - fri 7:00 - 6:00 pm. No saturdays at all. I complained about not being told, and the service manager finally had some read the ODBC II code, to tell that is was evaporative in nature. They would not clear the code, since I would have to take the vehicle to the fleet services center sometime next week, which would result in me losing much needed pay.

The auto tech at least checked my gas cap, and found that it was loose no matter how many time the gas cap was twisted. So I bought a new Gas cap from the local Toyota dealership for $32.

My complaint is that this Jay financial manager person must have known the service policies and capabilities of this facility, so I was sold a very expensive 3 year oil change contract, since this future ford, which is the only ford dealership in the area with Saturday facilities open HAS NO TOOLS TO FIX THIS CAR.
