Bad product, worse customer service - ford escape

After 45,000 miles my ford needed a new engine. I was told by ford that as the largest ford dealership in new england they "did not need my buisness." After being told by the service manager that we could work something out, I was pawned off on a sales associate with no knowledge of my particular situation. I bought my car brand new from this dealership and had it serviced by them for the life of the car (which was not very long.) Portsmouth Ford does not stand behind their product and was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Beware if you shop there, they "dont need your buisness"
