Ripoff the business that doesnt give a dam Mall Of Georgia Ford

Blind Man purchased a Ford E350 Super Duty work truck to handle vending route. 60 days past end of warranty date with only 41.000 miles engine seized. Regular maintainence every 3m miles. Oil in engine when seized. Towed to Mall of Ga. Ford. They refused any AFTER WARRANTY ASSISTANCE. They wanted proof regular maintainence was done. We proved it and then they said all maintainence has to be done by Ford. How many people take their vehicles to the dealer for oil changes? DUH!!! Dealership at time has three E350 in for service. Don't know what the other two were in for. They were there when we got there and three weeks later they were still there. We are having someone else that offers a better warrantee to replace engine. We have bought several Fords in the past. They are totally unbending with assistance. We will "NEVER, EVER" buy another damn Ford.

Ford. Fix or repair daily. Ford, found on road dead. That sums it up for us.
