Disappointed

On 9/13 I placed an order for an arrangement to be delivered on 9/14 for an Anniversary gift I paid $4.99 extra to have the flowers delivered by Noon I paid $10 extra for a small box of chocolates and I paid $5 extra for a Happy Anniversary Balloon
Flowers were delivered at 6:50 pm In place of a box of chocolates was One Hershey bar value $1 at Walgreens In place of a Happy Anniversary balloon was a red and black congratulations balloon more suited for a graduation
After sending emails voicing my disappointment I did receive a refund of $19.99 for the extra items that were not delivered However, the company's website claims 100% satisfaction guaranteed I wasn't even 10% satisfied Further I don't belived the florist who filled the order provided the arrangement I paid for I think they sent the cheaper version

I have requested a full refund as they failed to deliver what was ordered Instead they sent a gift certificate worth $15 I contacted them advising them to keep it as I would never order from them again

Additionally my name was spelled wrong on the card Clearly the florist they used was not qualified
