My name is teresa i went to the taylors j.D. Byriders office on november 8 i met with a man name shane a sells rep. My husband and i talk to shane about the down payment and weekly payments he done a credit ceck so we thought and then took it in the next sections of the building he came back said we were aproved and that we needed to get ins. On it well we walk out side and he went to the care he walked back to me with a papper in his hand with vin.# and year, make, model of the car he said you go get ins. And met me here tomorrow with prove. Well i have three kids no car and a husbsnd that works in maldin but i manage to get a ride to do all this and got the ins. Thinking i was going to have a car after all the running miles on other peoples cars and sitting with three kids for the second time shane never shows up. Then were telling what shane had told us the day before and how we spent money to get ins. That we could have used at a nother dealership we were then told shane neaver went and talked to any one he had also lied about getting aprove we wasnt aprroved and had wasted our money time and gas there was nothing left for us to do the kids and ourselfs had went through all the hell and agrvation for nothing and all they could sey is shane was wrong so what can i do well i am calling lawers and will get this story and my money on ins back they are liers and dont care who they hirt the cars what i needed and shane promised us and told us we were aprove i have the papper were he wrote the info. I needed for ins. I hope some one above him get this and can help me solve this problem before this happens to some one else. I will not ever tell anything good about this company i was at lost for money time and promises. For two days i hope they get bank rupt in the neare futhure but liers, and thiefs dont get away with it for ever!
