It looks like Shane has moved down to Panama City and started running the exact same scam here. Except he changed the cancer story to a car accident. He promised to design a website and we paid half upfront. Shane called us several times to give us updates on his progress. We received the call about his accident and was told it may take a bit longer. Then we followed up with him and he would not return calls, emails, etc. I googled his name and found out that he has scammed several others.
