Shane Company managed to damage TWO different center stones that had been set in my wedding set. The first one was damaged in mounting the stone, the second was damaged when my rings were soldered. Shane Company now says they'll allow me to get a refund and return my wedding set, but they refuse to take responsibility or compensate us for the damaged stone.
