UPS blocked my doo

On 12/10 a large package (3'x2') was left in front of my door. It was addressed to someone else, although the address was my address.
On 12/11 I called UPS and informed them that no one of that name dwelt at that address and to come get the large package, I gave them the tracking #, etc, spending many cell minutes informing them.
The next day 12/12 the pkg remained in front of my door, blocking entrance and making it unsafe for a person in a walker to exit. This time I called Amazon.com, the sender and went through the whole thing again, including opening the box to give them the order number. Again nothing happened. The box continued to block my door and I wasted precious cell minutes I could not afford.
On 12/13 I again called Amazon in the A.M. Demanding the box be removed as it was a hazard to safety. Six hours later still there. I called UPS again and began screaming they had better pick it up as it was blocking my door way and in effect they were trespassing on my property and endangering my safety by blocking the entrance. AGAIN I had to go through the tracking, the address, the name etc., etc. This time it took 15 minutes of my cell phone minutes, and again involved kneeling down in the dirt to get their damn numbers.
Finally someone called and said it would soon be picked up. I asked to be reimbursed for my cell phone minutes and she just laughed.
These people put my life in danger by blocking the door with a package they made a mistake on. I was expected to provide MY name, My phone number, the tracking number and make multiple phone calls using my cell minutes and time for THEIR mistake. UPS does not care whose hip they break, that box would still be there if I hadn't finally screamed bloody murder over the phone.
They have proved themselves beyond the pale.
