Order "Left at Front Door" twice

Ordered P90x online with "free express shipping". After two weeks, no delivery. Called customer service, told it was shipped, delivered, and left on the front door. Coincidentally, an order from Dell arrived same day and WAS at the front door.

Without arrival of package, customer service was more than happy to send another package.

Waited a week with no delivery, called back and was told same thing - left at front door.interestingly enough, this supposedly occurred on a day that I was home. Now customer service is happy to send not express but "two day" UPS with a tracking number... Yet to receive the tracking number in email as promised. We shall see if package arrives.

I'm not implying a complete scam to take my hard earned money, but something is very wrong with this company's customer service and it's shipping methods...

Will provide a follow up to this email if the "two day" shipping works out. Curious if other customers have experienced the same problems...
