IQ Club Texted my cell phone and with out my response, knowledge, or approval, began pulling $9.99 per month from my prepaid cell phone balance. This happened for 5 months. I did not know until I got a (Your balance is low) message when I made a phone call. I had 460 minutes reduced to app. 22 minutes. I used less than 60 minutes. T Mobil refunded 2 months, 206 minutes. I am owed approx. 200 more minutes to make me whole. I want IQ Club to repay everyone they have stolen from. And I want T Mobile and all other companies to ban, block, bar, whatever, all scam "premium service" providers. I want my minutes back. John P.S. T Mobile knows this is happening.
