On Oct 27th at 12:30 pm I called at&t cell service because I locked my keys in my car along with my cell phone. At Bakersfield California. I used the banks phone where I was at. After six hours and many phone calls and lies I finally got service. My back was out of wack and I was told to sit or stand near the truck and wait. It was always for a max of 45 minutes or 20 minutes or 10 minutes. All together it took 6 hrs. The bank closed at 5:00 pm and being without a cell phone I was forced to hobble a half mile to a AT&T store and use there phone and return to my truck with great pain and discomfort. The person who showed up at around 6: pm told me that he heard the calls from his dispatch but when he called to check on it he was told that the service told him I cancelled the calls He then took a rubber wedge and sprung my door open at the top 2 inchs to put in a tool to open my inside latch. I have not been able to contact anyone at AT&T cell phone to complain about this. The only contact was by calling 611 and I was told they were sorry and to email there offices. Just try that. It cannot be done.
