2013 Ford Mustang Defective rear Sway Ba

I first heard squeaking and sort of a thunking noise from the rear of my car that got progressively worse. Mind you this is a new car with less than 8,000 miles driven under normal highway conditions. I took it into the dealer less than two weeks ago and they replaced the bushings. Now in less than two weeks I have the same problem again. I have driven Fords since 1986 and Mustangs since 1999 (liked the 1999 but the manufacturer shocks were poor). I am really disappointed with this issue. I'll have to take the car in again and waste half a day to let them diagnose the issue and probably do the same thing again. Has anyone else had a similar problem?
