Loss of benefits

Our mom worked for Dillards for more than 18 years. As she was getting ready to retire, the administration overworked her at the start of the entire year & underworked her at the conclusion. As a result of this "employment", she's being refused the Dillards discount advantage she worked so-long and difficult for. I actually assisted her create a notice to Dillards detailing the problem and seeking them to rethink because she wasn't by any means to blame. Nothing. No reply. (We required an answer even when it had been the choice had been upheld) They employed her for 18 years and threw her absent, they do not care. Our mom is old-school and plays by all of the guidelines. How dare they handle her in this manner. I'll never move base in a Dillards department-store again. I'll do my better to advise everybody I run into how this shop treats their hard-working workers. I am shocked.
