Dillards Diilard does not honor their posted return policy

Think carefully about your purchase at Dillards. I bought a bottle of fairly expensive purfume there, $85, it wasn't the same as I thought in the store, lady at counter kind of pushed me into the purchase. So, I tried to return it, the very next evening, with receipt and box, and was told no, it was opened. I have since cancelled my Dillards credit card. They were rude and snobby, to me. I felt they were sneering and staring at me because I am half black and treating me suspiciously. I don't need this, from a store, there's so many other stores that carry same stuff. Bye, Dillards, bye.
