I am sure when Macy's starts 95% of the workers is likely to be eliminated, including myself. There's no-care or empathy due to their workers or their own families. Along with not being valued and handled like garbage Dillards is just a excellent organization to work with, its simply the private, store-manager, and functions manager who helps it be very difficult to work-in their envoirment. Can somebody recommend them they don't possess Dillards and they are workers similar to the remainder of us, and certainly will be changed just like us.
