Dillards may be the worst organization I've actually worked for. I've observed good workers get dismissed due to reduced revenue where it had been difficult to create revenue yet others get increases in divisions for example polo where revenue are often great. Workers aren't spun in divisions anymore to provide everybody an opportunity. Today the divisions supervisors have to purchase about the breaks hence getting revenue from some workers that actually need them. I truly dislike dillards!
