Dillards and the way they treat their employees 2!

I've been a worker at Dillards in kenner to get a lengthy period. Being an employee top administration needs to function as the toughest I have actually observed, they handle just like you are scum about the base of the shoes. For example our operations supervisor Olie, is just a really rude, and ridiculous individual. He seems that due to his placement within our type of function that people are poor to him. Another instance may be the store-manager who seems that people the workers' are her children (I will discover why LORD hasn't blessed her with kids). She walks around and talks with a of my other co workers for example people who focus on the pier as though she was their mom (oops she does not have any kids). I've also noticed the store-manager speak with department. Supervisor as though they were crap.

Stock was the toughest I've ever seen. We worked 8 hours with no break, a few of the seniors who've to consider medicine, wasn't permitted that fortunate, because of them making people to function with no break. Macy's likely to most probably soon and me and many additional employees don't need to consider this misuse again. M Please Remark dillards esplanade workers. Don't hesitate to review.
