I hope nobody ever goes through what I went through with them

I had been dismissed from the organization after 85 times of work. The reason behind firing was "insufficient assembly efficiency requirements." I've worked for banks since 2005 and not have observed what I did so using the organization. I had been provided revenue objectives for that Fraction 3 of 2010 on July 1, dismissed September 20, which was an unjust measure of my regular revenue figures because we were not even yet in to 1/3 of the fraction and that I had no revenue objectives up to July. I had been not informed just one period that my revenue had a need to get, how I had been performing, etc. The very first I heard about issues with my figures was after I was dismissed. The administration offered no assistance within my period there, a great deal is anticipated of you-but you're not provided the various tools required to shine. The organization uses supervisors who're pushed by revenue but throughout the meeting procedure they market you on "support." They declare that they worry about workers and because of being possessed with a bigger Western organization Mitsubishi UFG, they're traditional and revenue are not anything. The board for that lender came from Wachovia, Wells Fargo and Lender of America who're all large on revenue. It's an enormous period common bank, appearing like a little community bank. I really hope nobody actually experiences what I experienced together, bank with them and employed by them was horrible and that I require everybody to understand this.
