Verizon Wireless Employee Discounts
Staff discount issue

My spouse is entitled to a worker discount from Verizon. She attempted to visit the Verizon Shop. She was informed to contact several, subsequently obtain a fax type, then send the form back again to verizon.

Have you got any thought how frustrating this process is? Imagine if that you don't possess a fax device athome? Is Verizon recommending somebody set this large task up at work? The task they would like to maintain? You recieving or shouldn't be faxing individual issues at the office. Purchasing a fax for house use has gone out of the issue.

I Have been looking to get an answer from Verizon since 9/06.
