Unauthorized Quality Check Texts Billed $9.99 Each

Verizon Wireless is permitting businesses to send unauthorized check to my telephone, and Verizon is charging me 9.99 for every one. Verizon claims that I have to call the businesses. After I have called they're phony. The truth is that my payment will verizon, not these businesses they talk about. It's considered "quality check message" that we never registered for, and so I shouldn't even be allowed to receive these wording. Who do you contact?
