I heard about the new Ihop that opened up in hamilton, NJ and decided to go try them out. I alway go to Denny's because they are a bit cheaper and their customer service is great! But I love Ihop pancakes so decided to chang things up and go there. I must say I regret that decision. I requested to chang my order up a bit and they made a huge deal about it. I almost could not believe how bad their customer skills were. I wanted to replace two meats with a pancake and the waiter went back and forth with someone about the matter, she warned me that they would not allow it but didn't give me any options on how to go about getting what I wanted. They made a huge deal and the end result was me not getting what I wanted. It was unbelievable how they acted over one pancake... I can say I will NEVER go to another Ihop again even though I like their pancakes a little better then Dennys, I think I can deal with a tad bit of taste differential then Bad customer service. Giving my service to a ungreatful business who do not cherish their customers and fusses them out over pancakes is not an option. Dennys give me what I want, how ever I want, and I feel respected and appreciated while dinning. Ihop made me feel like a burden that was asking for too much, which was a horrible situation. For all that, they can keep their pancakes. I wouldn't eat there for free at this point...
