Rude waitress

First I want to state this is my first-ever complaint that I have ever written about a business or employee. I am 57 years old and it is not usually my nature to complain about a service, but this was awful.

This past Friday night on Friday. April 13th, four other friends and I decided to have dinner and drinks at Brewskys. My husband and I are long time patrons and have always had excellent service and excellent waiters. Some of them we got to know quite well and were on a first-name basis. We chose to sit at tables outside and there was one waitress working that area.tiffany was the rudest waitress I have ever experienced. She was very short and curt with us saying she was the only waitress working the outside dining area and had been working since 9:00 that morning. We had only asked her to wipe our table off when she had time. She was also rude when we asked for more menus. She stated she didn't have time to get any. Our bills were also incorrect and she did not apologize. I blame the manager of Brewskys first for not having adequate staff and by hiring someone who has no people skills. When we spoke to the manager on duty that night, he seemed complacent about the whole matter. I am very disappointed in how we were treated at your establishment.
