Poor Service

On May 6 my husband and I decided to have a late dinner at Applebees on University Blvd. Orlando FL. We arrived at 10pm to find the parking lot a bit empty but we went ahead and went in to the outside bar area they have. Once we entered we saw our waitress come in and deliver food to one of the guests sitting almost across from us. The waitress saw us and went back inside the restaurant. We witnessed her coming out again and asking the same guest "hows your food?" at this time I thought she would of asked us for our drinks but she didn't she went back inside and did not come back. This was the worst service we have recieved at this location. We traveled 30 minutes to come to this particular location to find the service to be less then acceptable. At least a greeting and "I will be right with you"!! But it was not a busy night. Our drink order could have been taken the first time she came out with the other guests food, and the second opportunity was when the waitress checked to see how her food was. My husband brought this to the manager on duty at the time which he said his name was Mike. Mike seemed he needed a bit more training on how to handle costumer complaints at the location.
