Grand Asian Crazy Buffet
Not Paying Waitress

My family was eating a Crazy Buffet. One of the waitress was crying after her customer left. My husband was asking her if she was OK. Which she could not speak. She went to the back area and was crying. This waitress was my waitress. We she returned to check on our table. We again asked if she was OK. She said that her last table had left and did not give her a tip and not the manager is asking for $2.00 from her. Which I could not understand. The waitress get no salary at all and they have to pay the manager or owner $1.00 for each customer served regardless if the they left them a tip. My waitress was crying because she had to pay $2.00 to the manager for the 2 customers that she had served and left without giving her a tip.

I have never heard of an employer do not pay a worker a salary and taking their tips. The manager and owner said if she don, t like it she can leave and they will get someone else to work at her job. The waitress feel she does not have a chose because it is very hard to find a job. So I am making a complain on Crazy Buffet.
