Worst dinning experiance of my life

Tonight, my girlfriend and I met another couple for dinner at Applebees at 215 S 15th St Philadelphia. We were seated by the hostess who was professional and nice. We sat at our table for about 20 mins without any service. I went to the bar to order drinks for our table since we were not getting any service from a waitress. I waited about 10 mins at the bar and the bartender Jen asked my friend and I if we were sitting at a table. I responded yes but we didn't have a waitress. The Bartender said "We can not serve you because you have a table and waitress". I explained that we been waiting without service but she refused to serve us. I went back to my table calmly and discussed the situation with the table. We continued sitting at our table for about for about10 mins and the waitress Alisic asked for our order but was not polite or professional. After she left my friends and I talked about how this service was unacceptable to each other and considered to leave. Our conversation was over heard by the staff and the manger approached the table. I was expecting an apology but instead the manager said we were drunk and they couldn't serve us. We left sober without a drink, meal, and 45 mins without service. I was appalled by the customer service and shocked by the mangers decision not to serve my party. We did not have a drop of alcohol all night or our dinner.in short this was the worst restaurant experience I ever had.
