Longhorn steak and service - Steak Dinne

I have been to Longhorn in Griffin, GA about 9 times. Of the 9 times only about 3 steaks were properly. I asked for no salt or seasoning on the steak, and for the steak to be cooked medium rare to medium. I received dried out steaks, no pink at all in the middle, salty taste, and really brown on one side. The waitress would walk by the talk and say "everything ok" and keep on walking past the table - as if she new we had a problem and was ignoring us. Amanda was the name of one waitress. She never asked if we needed a refill on our drinks when we were there for 3 hours. When it came time to pay the waitress had to face us to get paid and I told how awful the steak was. They offered me another steak or one to take home but I refused. I went there to eat dinner not to sit and wait for a waitress to ignore us and ask if we want a carry out. The cook and the waitress need to learn to cook and attend tables.
