4 Seasons Wine
Sent un ordered case of wine to my father out of state, then billed me!

Miscellaneous

My father who lives in Arizona was having a birthday. Periodically with dinner we will have a glass of wine or two. I decided I would send him a case for his birthday. I ordered it from 4 Seasons wine here in Illinois. This was three weeks before his birthday. I called him on his birthday and he had not received the wine. I called Customer Service argued with them that I was going to contact my Credit Card Co and dispute the order. They assured me that this would be taken care of. Another 3 weeks later my dad got his wine.

This should be the end of the story but...

A few weeks later I got a call from my dad stating that another case of wine had been delivered to his house. I told him I did not order it and I would call 4 Seasons to pick it up. I called 4 Seasons and told them the situation. They said someone would come pick it up. (My dad is 73 and cannot carry a case of wine to be shipped) A week later the wine was still at my dad's and I got a bill in the mail for $150.00. I called them again. Again they said someone would come and pick up the wine. A month went by and I got a letter from a collection agency for the $150.00 and a misc. Charge of $25.00.

This was a total scam. Whenever I order anything I pay by Credit Card never having to be billed. 4 Seasons Wine is a total scam!
