I used sam's for my wedding reception. The chicken was undercooked. My guest were complaining the whole night. End of my reception he charged an extra $300.00 for the bar VERY RUDE! They are racists

I personally feel they were racists towards us. Our chicken was undercooked, we payed all that money for the reception for my guest to receive undercooked chicken. They were also very rude and would not return my husbands phone call so he can bring the wedding cake to the reception hall before our wedding.

When we went to book the reception place, the owner had us waiting for more than twenty minutes. At the end of the reception they had the nerve to ask us for $300.00 for the open bar, and I know we spent more than that at the open bar.

What was so rude about was that they asked us right after our reception was over. They didn't even have the decency to just bill us, as if we did not have better things to do. They were not hospitable at all. Would not recommend anyone who is not White to go to the restuarant.
