Horrible customer - French Vanilla - Ice Coffee, multigrain Bagel

Dunkin Donuts in Lockport provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. They had no idea of what they were doing, they were cursing in front of customers, and were low on everything. The man preparing my food touched my bagel with out using a glove, and had some type of injury bandage wrap. I was not given a receipt, or change so I had to remind the man taking my order that I did give him a 20 an expected change back. To make matters wrost the coffee was horribe, and my bagel was cold. I will not be returning to Dunkin Donuts.
