IPhone Hotline App Review: WORST SERVICE EVER. - Hot Chocolate, Coffee, Bagel

I ordered a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese, a pumpkin white hot chocolate, and a vanilla ice coffee with cream and sugar. I got my hot chocolate, was regular and NOT white. My boyfriend got his coffee, it had French vanilla espresso in it with NO CREAM AND SUGAR, and they forgot to make my bagel so I had to wait for that. And then when I got my bagel it was half plain half cinnamon raisin!??? And then when I complained the kid that made it, the kid LAUGHED. And they weren't even busy at all.
