Horrible service by managment - DUNKIN DONUTS COFFEE

I am a regular customer at the Ocala Dunkin Donuts / Baskin Robbins on Hwy 40. I usually go about the same time every day (3 pm). I usually am greeted by a very nice young man in a blue shirt named Herbert who does his job well. I have been drinking my coffee the exact same way for many years and it never changes. More than once recently I have encountered a young woman who wears a blue shirt named Heather who always gets my order wrong. When I tell her "no I did not order caramel ice coffee" she replys "This is what you ordered". I have never in my life ordered a caramel ice coffee. If it wasn't for Herbert I wouldn't go to that dunkin donuts again. It has gotten so bad that when I go in and see Heather working and Herbert is not there, I leave and go to another Dunkin Donuts. I don't believe Heather is setting a good example for the other employees especially when she argues with the customers and laughs at them.
