Dunkin' Donuts
Gets simpliest of orders wrong

In the past two months I have gone to this local Dunkin' Donuts for the simpliest of orders: One plain bagel buttered and one medium coffee with milk and sugar. Out of the past ten times I have gone there, nine times I was not given what I ordered or paid for.

The most recent time instead of a plain bagel buttered I received a poppyseed bagel, toasted with cream cheese and a tea instead of coffee. I used to work in delis and restaurants and understand that mistakes happen. But a 90% failure rate is unacceptable. Since this happened I have emailed, politely, the Dunkin' Donuts corporate office and they can't even send a reply saying they received the email, much less confirm its content and my complaints.

That email was sent three days ago, and still no reply. Dunkin' Donut's wont get any more of my money.
