Dunkin Donuts order accuracty - Customer Service

I have been going to the Dunkin Donuts on rt. 11 in Brewerton, NY for the past 5 years. Had this not been the only stop on my way to work in the mornings, I would have switched to a different store. I am honestly not exaggerating when I state that my order is incorrect at least 50% of the time. Almost every time I order a bagel with butter, it comes with cream cheese - I am lactose intolerant so this mistake could end up costing me more than disappointment.instead of bagels we get donuts and the coffee is typically bitter and burnt. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and quality of the Brewerton Dunkin Donuts.
