Dunkin Donuts
Horrible Service! - poor service

I love dunkin donuts! Never again will I go to the Dunkin Donuts on Woodbury-Glassboro Rd. Sewell, NJ. 08080 Every night I go and get my Iced Coffee, I thought maybe I would try the NEW apple pie, I asked and paid to and notice the employee went to the back of the store, then I realized when I got home it was frozen. It had ice on it, I was really mad. When is the world would you give someone a frozen Apple pie. I left it alone and went again for my Ice coffee, I had a $. 99 coupon. Which made it $1.06. I thought I would try the Bagel Twist, I had to tell her which one a million times and also point it out still she did not understand me nor spoke English. I am a friendly person and waited to pay, for her to tell me it would be $4.70. I thought for a while and said "What did I order, that's $4.70". Bagel Twist are only $1.39. She was trying to explain something to me which I did not understand. Then I looked in the bag and there were two bagel twist. So, I stated that I only wanted one. She did not get it. Finally, she took the one out and literally throw on the shelf to the wrong place. So, I was becoming mad since it was now about 10 minutes of getting my order correct. Then she goes it will be $4.40, I was like hold on you only took $. 30 off for the one bagel twist, I do not understand. Well, I handed her $3.00 already. I was frustrated, and told her I did not want the bagel twist at all, then she hurried and place the money in the drawer. I was really pi$ed! She told me she cant get it back out, since she was not the manager. Then she proceed to ask the next customer, which just walked in the door and reminder it was 9PM, no one was there. I will never go to dunkin donuts, I do also like WAWA Iced Coffee!!
