Citibank reaches it again

Last month Citibank corrected my annual charge card charge of $95.00 after which this month I simply popped the brand new statement and also the charge is straight back about the declaration? (I've this in writting from their store on my statement using the credit - $95 and also the new charge $95)

Just how can they change a charge after which refresh it about the next declaration?

That is worng and probaly illegitimate.

I called them plus they uphold the charging of the charge???

That is so worng that i approached you
