$20 Monthly Fee Added After No-Fee Limit Raised to $15K

We opened a Citibank account with 10k. The stipulation was that no fees would be charged. I just opened a statement that showed a $20 per month charge starting in December. It seems that Citibank arbitrarily decided to raise the no-fee ceiling to 15k. Needless to say, I immediately cancelled the account. Still, I am infuriated with the blatant theft of our money. No doubt Citibank just made millions from this deception. Mind boggling.
