CITIBANK TAKES MONEY - Checking account

We opened a citibank account with 10k. The stipulation was that no fees would be charged. I just opened a statement that showed a $20 dollar per month charge starting in december. It seems that citibank arbitrarily decided to raise the no fee ceiling to 15k. Needless to say i immediately cancelled the account. Still, i am infuriated with the blatant theft of our money. No doubt citibank just made millions from this deception. Mind boggling.
