Bait and Switch, Fraudulant Contracts, Fake Employee Names

This company uses bait and switch tactics. I signed up for a no-contract, month to month merchat service. They sent me the wrong equipment, which was late. After contacting the company and letting them know I don't need their lame services, they responded with "you are on a 3 year contract". I said no way I'm not. Where's the guy who signed me up?"He no longer works here.".

They basically try to force you in a contract by lying to you. Contact your district attornys office and file a report. You can also go to your bank and stop any transactions from Merchant Services Direct.
