Bait and Switch: Great Deals Declined if Paperwork Is Late

Be very careful when considering Direct TV. Their services are good but the customer service is terrible. They tend to pull the bait and switch of advising you of great deals but require paperwork and a contract up front to get them. If you don't get the paperwork in on time they decline the deals yet still keep you in a higher priced contract.
