One Web Direct Bill
Rip-off! Unauthorized charges

I just got this bill in the mail from one web direct mail, it was for 60 dollars for a call and visit a site that i did not do, it was done on 9-22-04 at 4:22 pm and another one at 4:25 each one for 6 minutes. There is only 3 minutes from each time. I was not at home and my computer internet service was down.

I do not get home until 5:00pm, when i got home that day my internet was down for 3 days. I had to pay compac tech support to help me back on the internet, i don't know know what happen that day, and it was the same day, that was charge, i did not do it, my computer was down for 3 days
