Our computer has a internet virous, sent out through the www from msn somehow? While the kids are surfing or playing games on the internet, it seams to shut down and automaticly dial out. We have no one we know in the united kingdom and the computer is used by my children with our supervision and parent controls through aol there is no # to call and dispute this ridiculous bill or charges we called our telephone provider and they will no longer bill us through them itried to contact them through the internet with no responce
