False Advertisement, unable to increase credit line

I was informed that my transfer balance intro APR would be 0% for 18 months, which was perfect for me to be able to pay off all my credit cards. After applying online, I called when I found out how low my credit line was and was prompted to call once I received my card to ask for an increased credit line. I did that and was denied. The man on the phone also said that the APR was 0% for 12 months and not 18. I was unable to use this card due to the low credit line and had to close it. Very disastified with this company and its false advertisement.
