Ripoff promised garantee 2,500 credit card in paying them $ 299.00 I only got a bunch promotion fliers they will not give me a full refund As they promised

Approximently in the beginning of or the middle of July. I received an offer of a credit card with the limit of up to $2,500 US dollars.

The representitive stated that in order to show good faith on my part. I would have to pay in advance the amount of $ 299.00 dollars. I met their request by having them electronically withdraw from my checking account on Aug. 03. They recieved
it.

I asked the representitive if I was not satisfied with the offer would I get a full refund. He stated "Yes". Just as long as I didn't use the card in any way.

He stated that once they received my $ 299.00. I would be receiving the card in the mail in approximently 13 to 15 days.

After the sixteenth day of nothing in the mail I call them and they said that it was on it way. I never received what was stated over the phone.

I finally received in the mail after six weeks of waiting. A box containing nothing more that promotional fliers that anyone can obtain in general public.

To conclude I was simply unsatisfied and called them numerous, countless times for a refund of $ 299.00. The representitive gave me the run around and said that it would take some time to investigate the matter.

I was not explained this proceeding of investigating before paying them my money. Now they are treating me as a solicitor never returning my calls.

His name was David Seth as he calls himself on the phone. He said to call him back on Thurs. 16. I did and got an answer machine which takes a persons name and verification number and your home phone number and that they would call back.

I must have called over ten times and ever time with no response from them. This is something that has never happened to me, so you have to excuse me for not understanding why I don't understand this treatment?

I hope that you can help me get my money back. Also, let the public know that this business is a ripoff to the bone.
