Prudential Disability
Stopped my benefits way before my return to work day

Ive been off work for 7 weeks now due to a hammertoe surgery. My doctor sent them information and medical stating my disability and my return to work day as oct. 30. I was sent my last weekly disability check aug. 31 with prudential saying that their "nurse" says i should only be off 5 weeks. At this time i had pins sticking out the bottoms of my toes, i work in a factory 8-12 hours per day with safety shoe requirements. My doctor has called them and told them the situation but his notes are dictated and told them it would take time to get them printed out and sent in to them but in the mean time it was impossible for me to return to work... No good says prudential, they stopped payment immediatly. I am a single parent with no other income. I am in serious finacial difficulty because of this
